We have been caring for the greater Albuquerque area since 2004.

Refer a patient.

You don’t have to be a physician to refer a person in need.

Call 505-872-2300 to refer.

Physician to physician consultations are available to discuss your patient’s prognosis, eligibility, and symptom management or for them to meet with your patient to discuss hospice/palliative care. You may choose to continue to manage your patient while they are on hospice or elect to have the Medical Director follow.
